Heading back to Shanghai.

I honestly can't tell if I am happy or sad to leave. Life is one f-king mess. In the meantime, maybe a nice blue sky picture and some dessert.

Home trip mark 3

This is the 3rd time I returned to NYC since working in Shanghai. Has the emotion changed? It certainly has changed. I changed. I come with more burdens. It tinted my experience.
I enjoyed the little things in life that I miss in Shanghai. Soulcycle kicked my ass, but I feel 100% better after spinning like a mad man for an hour.
I have a couple of days in DC and get to see some fun stuff at the Smithsonian and Hirshhorn Galley. The weather is beautiful and I had a great time catching up with Chris and Ari. A nice treat.
A few more days before heading back. Lets see...

Chinese New Year 2013

I welcomed the Year of Snake in New York City.
Despite the delay due to the N-E snowstorm, I made it to NYC a day late. It is nice to be home. But I also strangely feel that I missed out on something from not spending CNY in Shanghai.
Honestly, if I have my pick, I may prefer a beach vocation.
Oh well...
